KIDS VIRTUAL MOVEMENT CLASSES
During this tough time, we want to make sure that we are there for everyone! KIDSMOVE is now offering Virtual Kids Movement Classes. These classes are for kids between the ages of 3-12 years old. These classes will not only get your kids up and moving, but it will educate them on movement. We will continue to provide the same attention and encouragement that is needed to gain a sense of involvement and attention in each class. Our goal is to get kids up and moving, while emphasizing education.
Being there for everyone, means being there for parents too. James Fowler Physical Therapy is offering tele therapy and virtual movement classes for adults.

VIRTUAL MOVEMENT CLASSES
Location: At Your House via Zoom
3-4 Years Old
This class is perfect for your curious and energetic toddler. We’ll play, explore, and learn with games designed to marry movement and imagination! The activities in class will inspire and tire, as well as help your child develop both large and small motor skills.
5 Years Old
This class will engage your challenge-loving kindergartener, and help them cultivate their love of movement. We’ll still use imagination and play as a means for learning, but we’ll also incorporate more body knowledge and higher level motor skills to keep up with their quick minds!
6-8 Years Old
This class thrives off the curiosity of its 6-8 year old students. In class we’ll continue to engage their imaginations and personalities through movement exercises. Then we’ll talk a little more in depth about movement qualities, rhythm, injury prevention, and how they can hone the athletic skills they start to see themselves taking interest in.
10-12 Years Old
This class is perfect for those who want to learn more about movement and their bodies. We will learn about how our bodies move, our different joints, and all of our major muscle groups. With the growing nature of competitive sports, we want to ensure that kids are learning the proper way to move, stretch, and grow their knowledge of movement.
